(1) Vendor needs to provide health care services to the government authority located in Kapolei, HI.to provide professional consulting, policy development, and implementation support services across a broad portfolio of agency initiatives.– Provide expert opinions, recommendations, and information relevant to the Medicaid program. This includes topics such as primary care, acute care, behavioral health, long term services and supports, health related social needs (HRSN), Medicaid and Medicare integration, managed care, payments and financing, health information technology, workforce development, and other related services as needed.– Provide overall project management of certain initiatives to ensure timely development and implementation.– Provide expertise on strategic health care and community partnerships in the implementation of new and ongoing initiatives.– Assist with technical support in program design, financing, and operational processes for initiatives.– Assist with drafting, interpreting and implementation of federal authorities, including managed care regulations, and negotiating terms with CMS and other federal agencies related to health and healthcare.– Engagement with local stakeholders across its initiative portfolio, including design and facilitation of community engagement processes, development of communication materials, coordination with health plans, providers, community–based organizations, beneficiaries and other state agencies.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 02, 2026.
