Project will be completed in two phases and will need completed in a very short timeframe. Scope of work consists of painting walls and sections of the ceiling. Demo and replacing carpet and cove base. Replacing ceiling tile and ceramic tile. Work is scheduled for August 16th-August 18th and August 23rd - August 25th. Onsite meeting for questions will be held on June 25th at 10:30am.
