Vendor needs to provide digital talking book machines and associated parts and support service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – Produce, maintain, and support the latest generation of Digital Talking Book Machine (DTBM) devices.1. The device shall meet or exceed the technical device and data requirements defined in Attachment J1 – DA2 Requirements. 2. A DA2 Technical Data Package (TDP) shall be provided and maintained.3. Warranty repairs are available as needed.4. All DA2 spare parts and components for device integrity, repair, and use are available and supplied as needed and ordered.5. User guides, training materials, and system documentation must be provided. 6. Software development services using Agile development methodology are available for platform enhancements and modifications.
