EXTRA-75329 - USA (Gaithersburg, Maryland) - Tree Planting and Maintenance Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide tree planting and maintenance services to the government authority located in Gaithersburg, MD. – Provide tree planting and related tree maintenance services throughout the agency. – Procurement, receipt, inspection and heeling–in of approximately 1,000 1.5”–2.0” caliper trees per planting season (October–April)– Tree planting, site preparation, and pruning.– Routine inspection of planted and existing trees. – Fertilization assessment and application when required.– Mulching installation, replenishment, and removal when no longer needed.– Monitoring for wildlife predation and implementing protections as needed.– Monitoring and removal/treatment of invasive species.– Watering services including scheduled and drought–response watering.– Procurement of materials (mulch, water bags, stakes, etc.) or agency–supplied materials.– Tree health monitoring, documentation, and reporting.– Removal and replacement of dead plantings at the direction of the agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 8, 2026.
