(1) Vendor needs to provide photography services.• Photography sessions must be conducted professionally to minimize disruption to the instructional day.1. School day pictures:– Annual fall and spring individual student portraits, administrative staff headshots, class groups, and student ID card generation.2. Fine arts, athletics and student group photography:– Large student group photographs, including but not limited to band, dance teams, cheer teams, and choirs. Individual and team roster portraits for all seasonal sports (fall, winter, spring) covering varsity, junior varsity, and freshman tiers.3. Special event photographers:– Capturing special events such as senior panoramic photographs, senior yearbook photographs, prom photography, and high school graduations, including: pre–stage photography, on–stage diploma presentation photos, and candid shots. All photographs must be edited and available within 10 business days post–ceremony.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 05, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
