(1) Vendor needs to provide energy management software.– A cloud–based energy management software.– Chosen software solution will provide personnel with a cloud–based, interactive computer program accessible 24/7/365 via the Internet to assist them in managing energy usage.– Solution will be able to collect the University’s monthly utility accounts using an automatic process and parse this data to create functional dashboards and reports of energy usage.– Solution will integrate with meters to take their readings.– Table below provides examples of meter numbers across a number.– These numbers should not be considered a guarantee that any number of campuses will utilize this this software upon contract completion.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 25, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
