CLEANING-13810 - USA (Reidsville, North Carolina) - Janitorial Services - Deadline September 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Reidsville, NC.– Buffers, pads, floor stripping solution and wax. – Sanitizer and deodorizer blocks. – Ceramic Tile and Grout Cleaner.– Clean all windows at floor level to include the window bases, and blinds once a week.– Clean all exit doors glass inside and outside once a week. – Floors will be swept daily and mopped down with tile and grout cleaner to sanitize, remove all dirt, and markings. Caution wet floor signs will be placed outside the bathroom doors. – Replace paper towels, empty trash cans and replace trash liners. – Clean mirrors. – Floors will be swept daily and mopped down to sanitize, remove all dirt, and markings. – Clean and wipe down coffee pots, microwave (inside and out), and refrigerator. – Empty all trash cans and replace trash liners. – Vacuum at a minimum twice a week. – Wipe down desk and bookshelves. – Cove base (base boards) will be wiped down with a cleaning solvent. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Mandatory Site Visit will be held on September 15, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
