(1) Vendor needs to provide residential brokerage services to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO. – Provide residential real estate brokerage services to bring to the market and sell approximately 15 newly constructed homes. – Provide comprehensive residential real estate brokerage and sales services for the program.– Services are anticipated to include:• Market assessment and sales strategy: – Review the proposed homes, locations, anticipated pricing, target market, and program requirements.– Provide recommendations regarding market positioning and pricing of individual homes.– Develop a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy for the program.• Marketing and buyer outreach:– Develop and implement a marketing plan for the overall program and individual homes.– Establish a marketing and buyer outreach program in advance of the anticipated October 2026 availability of the first show home.– Conduct showings, open houses, and other buyer engagement activities.• Buyer identification and qualification coordination:– Identify prospective purchasers interested in the program.– Provide prospective purchasers with information regarding the homes and applicable program eligibility requirements.– Conduct an initial assessment of whether prospective purchasers appear to meet program requirements before significant sales resources are committed.• Income eligibility:– Assist prospective purchasers in understanding the program's income eligibility requirements and coordinate the collection and submission of information required to demonstrate eligibility.• Offers, contracts and closing: – Assist qualified prospective purchasers in identifying homes appropriate to their needs and approved purchasing capacity.– Prepare and submit offers and related transaction documentation.• Reporting and program coordination:– Maintain current information regarding available homes, prospective purchasers, qualification status, offers, contracts, and closings.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
