CASE-1758 - USA (Pueblo, Colorado) - Pre-Arrest Evaluation, Intervention and Linkage Program Case Management Services - Deadline June 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pre–arrest evaluation, intervention and linkage program case management services to the government authority located in Pueblo, CO.– Pre–arrest evaluation, intervention, and linkage program case management services provider to provide case management services to pre–arrest evaluation, intervention, and linkage clients.– The case management provider will respond to law enforcement from 8 AM to 8 PM Monday through Friday to accept warm a hand–off of all arrest diversions– Provide and maintain 2 dedicated vehicles for use by the pre–arrest evaluation, intervention, and linkage program.– Responsibilities include verifying pre–arrest evaluation, intervention, and linkage eligibility, conducting intake assessments, providing ongoing case management and facilitating linkage to community–based resources and services.– The case management provider will be responsible for monthly invoicing with complete supporting documentation, communication with the project manager, policy workgroup and community workgroup, accurate and complete data collection and entry into the case management database, providing staff training, administration of all required pre–arrest evaluation, intervention, and linkage participant evaluations and timely delivery of all requested data to the project manager.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 26, 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
