(1) Vendor needs to provide facility validation, refinement and implementation strategy service to the government authority located in Dublin, OH.– Consultant will review existing materials and provide focused analysis to confirm the feasibility, priorities and implementation strategy of the agency vision framework rather than developing a new vision or master plan. – Review and understanding of existing planning efforts:– Summarize key findings, assumptions, and recommended program elements.– Identify any gaps, inconsistencies or areas requiring further validation.– Community and tournament program Modeling:– Assess alignment between identified community needs and tournament/event potential.– Develop an illustrative programming schedule demonstrating how community uses and tournament operations can coexist.– Site and infrastructure considerations:– Identify key constraints related to access, utilities, grading and development feasibility.– Environmental and regulatory screening:– Identify high–level environmental constraints and considerations.– Highlight items requiring detailed study in future phases.– Traffic, access and parking overview:– Provide recommendations related to site access, parking needs and circulation.– Field use and operational considerations:– Evaluate the ability to balance community programming and tournament use.– Targeted stakeholder engagement:– Conduct focused engagement with key stakeholders and user groups.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2026.
