(1) Vendor needs to provide website platform development service. • Secure, accessible, and confidential web platform that brings together reliable, evidence–based information through a clear, progressive journey that facilitates informed decision–making.• Develop the platform, the content management system, search engine, filters, roles, change history, and multilingual architecture.• Implement privacy, cybersecurity, responsible analytics, backup, and incident response measures.• Design the platform’s user experience and interface, prioritizing mobile devices, low connectivity, confidential browsing, and accessibility.• Collect, verify, draft, edit, adapt, and upload 100% of the content, using clear, inclusive, and non–stigmatizing language.• Develop, based on the existing logo and colors, the platform's visual system: typography, iconography, illustration style, infographics, image treatment, graphic components, and accessibility criteria.• Incorporate the observations and corrections requested during each validation stage.• Publish the platform and transfer the domain, hosting, code, designs, content, licenses, credentials, and documentation
