Design Build Playground, Sports Complex

The City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida (the “City”) is requesting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide playground equipment and installation services as listed in the City's specifications. This is a turn-key project with the awarded contractor being responsible for designing, fabricating, and installing playground equipment to replace the existing equipment at the New Smyrna Beach Sports Complex located at 1800 Turnbull Bay Road, New Smyrna Beach, Florida, 32168. The project will be funded through the Community Redevelopment Agency and Recreation Impact Fees. If an award is made it shall be made to the best overall proposer(s) whose proposal is most advantageous to the City, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in this document. The City shall not use any other factors or criteria in the evaluation of the proposals received. The successful proposer will hereinafter be referred to as the "Contractor".
