(1) Vendor needs to provide wildlife damage claim management system.– A modernized, user–friendly centralized system for more streamlined and organized wildlife damage claim processing as well as improving wildlife damage claim filing for external parties.– A centralized wildlife damage claim management system that is both internal and external facing to create a more streamlined and organized claim management process.– A centralized system will make claim processing and management more streamlined and efficient, as well as lead to a more organized approach to document management.– To obtain non–competitive responses from qualified individuals and firms for a complete claims management system for wildlife damage claims.– The system should be modern and intuitive so that it is user–friendly for the external users.– Solution that is off–the–shelf, customizable or some combination.– Front–end development.– Migration of content and assets.– User experience design.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 04, 2026.
