(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated business, strategic and technology planning initiative service to the government authority located in Frostburg, MD.– Consulting services to evaluate its organizational structure, business operations, technology systems, strategic direction and develop an integrated roadmap for future growth. – The consultant will engage staff and key stakeholders to assess current workflows, identify operational improvements, evaluate existing and future technology needs, and recommend scalable solutions that improve organizational efficiency, data–driven decision making, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery. – The project should examine opportunities to strengthen business processes, digital infrastructure, customer relationship management (CRM), geographic information systems (GIS), project management systems, data governance, performance measurement, communications, and organizational sustainability.– Artificial intelligence, workflow automation, cybersecurity, and other emerging technologies that improve organizational effectiveness.– Customer Relationship Management (CRM), stakeholder engagement, and communications systems.– Geographic Information Systems (GIS), data management, survey platforms, and spatial analytics.– Project management, grant management, document management, and internal collaboration tools.– Strategies for data collection, performance reporting, and continuous improvement.– Recommendations for dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualization.– Organizational assessment.– Business and strategic plan.– Technology and digital infrastructure plan.– Performance measurement framework.– Implementation roadmap.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
