(1) Vendor needs to provide advanced reservation, on–demand dial–a–ride subscription, paratransit demand response user side subsidy transportation program and microtransit service to the government authority located in Norwalk, CA. • Dial–a–ride/subscription services (DAR) operations: Taking the passenger to and from their destination and performing a pre–trip safety inspection of vehicles, Dial–A–Ride driver.• Help passengers in and out of vehicle • Operate wheelchair lift and secure wheelchair passengers• Trip Reservations, Scheduling and Customer Service: provide trained staff to answer the DAR reservation/customer service phone number during all Dial–A–Ride operating hours.• Customer convenience (ride time, scheduled pick–up time)• Schedule integrity and on–time performance monitoring• Electronic equipment to track vehicle location and verify “no–show” trips• Providing 7–day advance, next–day and real–time reservations and dispatch.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 1, 2026.
