(1) Vendor needs to provide public health program performance dashboard and scorecard system to the government authority located in North Carolina.– Design, develop, and implement a dashboard and scorecard system that supports comprehensive performance monitoring for public health programs.– System must provide clear, accessible, real‑time display of program data and must include performance indicators per program.– Include visualizations that help communicate trends in service utilization, equity, access, quality, and outcomes.– Identify an appropriate assessment methodology to determine outcomes for each program.– Provide performance measures for each program, including client–level, program–level, and service–level indicators.– Ability to incorporate real–time, near real–time, or scheduled data refreshes.– Solutions must be fully compatible with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power BI, Azure services, SQL Server, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), and SharePoint and OneDrive.– Automated alerts when measures fall outside established thresholds or performance targets.– Integrate data from existing case management systems, Electronic Health Records, spreadsheets, or data warehouses using secure APIs, OData, Azure Data Factory, or other Microsoft ingestion tools.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 12,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
