Vendor needs to provide drug and alcohol collection and testing service to the government authority located in New Jersey. • Breathalyzer testing for alcohol performed by a certified Breath Alcohol Technician• Collection of Urine for Drug Screen (Onsite and Offsite)• Testing of Urine for designated substances using Certified Laboratories• Medical Review Officer Services• 24–hour availability, 7 days a week• Expert testimony if required for disputed results• Annual MIS Report• Secure website and/or fax for test result notification• Federal Guidelines, 49 CFR Parts 382 and 40 level retention of all test results• Administration of random list on monthly basis
