– Vendor needs to provide employee assistance program counselor service to the government authority located in Deerfield, IL. – Provide a comprehensive onsite Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for employees on a voluntary, confidential, and professional basis in matters relating to their physical and emotional wellbeing.– Counselor must be available for scheduled appointments Monday through Friday (excluding State holidays) from 8:30am to 4:30pm.– duration for each counseling session shall be 30 minutes to one hour.– Employee information (including employee name, department, and reason for appointment) must be kept confidential, except to the extent required by law.
