(1) Vendor needs to provide design–build project services to the government authority located in French Camp, CA.– The construction Facility will include approximately 42,000 square feet and include conferencing and training facilities in support of the agency, such as conference rooms, a 3D training simulation room, a break room, a wellness and recovery room, a work room, gun locker, locker rooms, fitness room, covered fitness area, outdoor plaza, and an outdoor gathering area.– provide a controlled environment for security with sufficient and safe space for the agency staff and trainees.– The EMS Facility will be approximately 14,000 square feet, and include rooms and facilities such as a conference room, a break room, a wellness room, and work rooms.– Provide a functional, right–sized EMS Facility that supports emergency medical services staff with efficient, well–organized workspace. Additional goals include:• Seamless integration with the agency campus and existing improvements.• A design that balances security with transparency in government.• A controlled, safe environment for staff and trainees that reflects public accountability and quality civic architecture.• Leveraging Design–Build to compress design and construction timelines and control cost certainty early.• Prioritize ease of long–term maintenance and operations.• Retaining a skilled and trained workforce and complying with prevailing wage requirements supporting the County's labor policy commitments.– Provide construction planning, phasing, and scheduling during design and through construction completion.– Provide design and construction quality assurance– Provide utility work to complete the Project, coordinate all required utility connections, and pay associated fees(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
