CLEANING-13961 - USA (Oklahoma) - Custodial Service - Deadline October 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial service to the government authority located in OK.• A. Floors• Vacuum all carpeted areas. All moveable furniture and other equipment shall be moved during the vacuuming process. Vacuum behind doors and up against walls.• Spot clean carpets and floors.• Sweep/vacuum behind and around copiers, shredders, and other equipment.• Dust mop all resilient and composition floors with treated dust mops.• Damp/wet mop, after sweeping first, with appropriate cleaning products to remove spills and water stains. All moveable furniture and other equipment shall be moved before mopping.• B. Trash and Recycle Services:• Empty, clean, and sanitize all wastepaper baskets, replace plastic liners (clear translucent) and wipe clean other trash containers.• Empty all paper shredders, replace plastic liners (clear translucent) and wipe clean.• Glass Door And Window Services:• Clean glass interior and exterior of exterior doors. Spot clean interior glass doors and windows.• Spot clean all interior door and window hardware and frames.• Clean blinds and drapers.• Clean door saddles of debris.• Thoroughly clean interior glass doors and interior windows• Equipment, Furniture, Vent, And Baseboard Services (Once A Week):• Clean, sanitize and polish drinking fountains.• Clean low reach areas including furniture, structure, baseboards, windowsills, doors, paneling, etc.• Dust high reach areas including tops of door frames, structure, HVAC registers, tops of partitions and shelving, wall frames, light fixtures.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.
