DRA-11479 - USA (Olympia, Washington) - Airborne and Ground-Based Geophysical Data Collection Services - Deadline October 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide airborne and ground–based geophysical data collection services to the government authority located in Olympia, WA.– Geological survey, a division of agency, is seeking geophysical data to support geothermal investigations.– Investigations have identified the agency as a focus area for geothermal resource investigation with prior play–fairway studies of geology, geophysics, spring chemistry, and an induced seismic hazard assessment.– Apparent successful bidder must also be familiar with methods to collect and interpret agency data in areas with transmission lines, highways, residential neighbourhoods, and commercial buildings.– Apparent Successful Bidder must be prepared to themselves, or through subcontractors, process the acquired data and use appropriate software to develop models of those data for visualization and interpretation.– The cost basis must be inclusive of all components of the requested work, including the costs for outreach, mobilization, and standby charges.– The Apparent Successful Bidder must have or be prepared to obtain all necessary hardware and software outside the terms of this solicitation.– Provide benchmarks for each stage of the project, plans for quality assurance (QA) / quality control (QC), and a contingency plan for missing data.– Data aggregation and processing must involve collaboration with, including bi–weekly project meetings (in person and virtual) leading up to and following the preliminary model results, plus monthly status reports.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 9, 2026.
