CLEANING-14072 - USA (Eagle Pass, Texas) - RFI for Janitorial and Custodial Services - Sources Sought - Deadline October 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial and custodial services to the government authority located in Eagle Pass, TX.– Basic Routine Services: Emptying and sanitizing waste receptacles (with contractor–furnished liners); sweeping, and damp mopping; disinfecting drinking fountains; and spot–cleaning interior and exterior entry glass.– Restroom Maintenance & Resupplying: Thorough damp cleaning and disinfecting of all plumbing fixtures, partitions, and contact surfaces; replenishing consumable supplies (toilet tissue, hand towels, liquid hand soap, and toilet seat covers); and maintaining non–overstocked, neat backup supplies.– Periodic Services: Semi–annual deep hot–water extraction carpet cleaning, monthly low/damp dusting of horizontal surfaces, annual high dusting (>6 ft), annual light fixture washing, quarterly HVAC grille and return cleaning, and monthly restroom fixture de–scaling.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
