(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in Texas.• Provide construction management and resident project representative services as part of the owner’s project team for the wetlands program and the project.• Coordinate with contractor, engineering design team, and agency for evaluation and agreement on proposed changes during construction.• Coordinate with testing companies who contract with Owner.• Construction progress tracking for all awarded packages under each program• Shop drawings review• Coordinate owner contracted field material testing efforts, such as soil, aggregate, and concrete strength testing.• Public relations with landowners• Review and oversee Contractor’s startup, testing, and commissioning activities(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
