(1) Vendor needs to provide AI upskilling programme service for engineers.         .    – The programme is intended for the wider enterprise market and must be adaptable to different employer contexts, technology environments and engineering practices.– The programme will serve two learner pathways: software engineers and developers, and technical support engineers.– Relevant shared learning with differentiated, role specific learning and practical application.– Provider to develop and deliver a scalable AI upskilling programme for engineers.     (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for two years.
