The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, materials, delivery services, necessary tools and machinery, supervision and coordination, required for the pump track site improvements consisting of a parking lot, park restroom, hardscape, picnic shelters, lighting, asphalt trail, retention basin, landscape and irrigation, and related facilities as included in the Exhibits, Specifications, and listed in the Bid Schedule.
