Vendor needs to provide specialized, tactical scenario–based training and live–fire familiarization to military and civilian guard forces supporting sensitive operations within the controlled industrial Are for to the government authority located in Portsmouth, VA.– Contractor will execute finalized Tactical Scenario Based Training (TSBT) and Live–Fire training plans. Tasks, at a minimum, shall include the following:– Safety Brief (Range Safety Procedures, Daily Safety Brief protocols, and facility safety inspection reports prior to commencing any training evolution).– Failure to fire during engagements and concealment/cover transitions while engaged.– Opposing Force (OPFOR): Dedicated aggressors/controllers for all stages of Force–on Force training working alongside Command–provided monitors.
