(1) Vendor needs to provide priority hire construction training, clean energy jobs, and retention services to the government authority located in Seattle, WA. • Outreach and recruitment: community outreach and events to increase awareness and opportunities for apprenticeship careers in the construction industry and clean energy sector.• Training: pre–apprenticeship construction trades training and job readiness to place individuals into Washington state registered construction apprenticeship programs and clean energy jobs. • Retention services: provide services to remove barriers for apprentices and clean energy workers to enter and stay in their chosen career path, (e.g., certification for upskilling, mentorship services and mental health resources).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 6, 2026. (3) Non–Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on Oct 14, 2026.
