(1) Vendor needs to provide life safety, security and telecommunications system to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – Provide design support, equipment, materials, labor, programming, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, documentation, training, warranty, and support necessary for a complete campus wide life safety, security, telecommunications, and low–voltage solution serving new building addition and applicable upgrades to the existing building.– Review available fire alarm plans, risers, sprinkler monitoring or interface information, sequence of operations, code analysis, and applicable specifications.– Provide or expand a complete IP–based video surveillance system with cameras, mounts, licenses, recording or storage capacity, network interfaces, viewing, management software, power, cabling, labeling, and accessories.– Provide or expand access control panels, controllers, readers, credentials, door position monitoring, request–to–exit devices, interfaces, power supplies, cabling, software or licenses, and programming.– Provide or expand school intercom, paging, mass–notification, bell or clock, or related communications components identified in the design documents or necessary for campus–wide operation.– Provide complete structured cabling and associated low–voltage infrastructure.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.
