(1) Vendor needs to provide design build services to the government authority located in Washington.1. Provide the design for near, intermediate, and long–term repairs and improvements of parking garage facilities, parking garage, triangle parking garage, and the central plaza garage.2. Extend the useful life of 3 parking facilities by ten years through repairs and improvements. prioritize and sequence design and construction scopes to meet the best times to execute the construction work and phase work to match available funding.3. Provide cost estimates of repairs and improvements to support Transportation Services' capital planning and phased execution of the improvements.4. Mitigate disruption to operational parking facilities and ensure safety of visitors, faculty, students and staff during construction.(2) A virtual pre–submission meeting will be held on November 3, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.
