CLEANING-14314 - USA (Fayetteville, North Carolina) - Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning Services - Deadline November 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pressure washing and window cleaning services to the government authority located in Fayetteville, NC.– Clean all exterior windows (clear glass and spandrels) removing visible dirt and leaving free of streaks.– Soft wash all precast siding panels removing visible dirt, grime, algae build up, etc.– Pressure wash stone siding on all exterior walls of the structure.– Service shall be completed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) unless otherwise approved by the County.– Trash and debris removal.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2026.(3) A mandatory pre–bid site visit will be held on November 3, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
