LEGAL-17571 - USA (New Britain, Connecticut) - Agency-Wide Bond Counsel Services - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide agency–wide bond counsel services to the government authority located in New Britain, CT. – Provide agency–wide bond counsel and related legal services in connection with current and future financing transactions undertaken or facilitated.– Services may include tax–exempt and taxable bond financings, private activity bonds, multifamily housing revenue bonds, direct placements, public offerings, refunding’s, and all legal services.– Provide analysis regarding compliance with rules including rules, volume cap, good or bad costs, replacement proceeds, 25% test, and remedial actions.– Advise the authority regarding appropriate bond sizing, financing structures, private activity bond volume cap requirements, and other transaction–specific considerations.– Issue validity opinions for taxable and tax–exempt bonds.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
