Description
The County of Greenville is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to renovate six (6) existing tennis courts at the Pavilion Recreation Complex, located at 400 Scottswood Road, Taylors, SC 29687. The County desires for this project to commence on August 8, 2024 and for work to be completed in accordance with the specifications contained herein, within ninety (90) days of issuance of the Notice of Proceed/consistent working weather for asphalt. The County reserves the right to award this project by line item, and to one or more vendors.
