(1) Vendor needs to provide professional compensation and market study services to the government authority located in Bryan, TX.– Conduct a salary and market study for the city. This will include a comparison of actual base pay rates, possibly total compensation, for similar positions in identified geographical areas within the state, surveying approximately 10–12 entities as agreed upon by the client and consultant.– Categories to be included:• General city positions– Supervisory and managerial– Professional and exempt specialties– Business operations and administrative– Technical operations and skilled labor• Electric utility positions– Supervisory and managerial– Professional and exempt specialties– Technical operations and skilled labor• Sworn fire and police positions(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 15,2026.
