RFP/Q#2626-002 Waterfront Real Estate Brokerage Services

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Redondo Beach, California, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Waterfront Real Estate Brokerage Services. The selected firm will enter into an initial three-year agreement with the City, with an option to extend the agreement thereafter. The City of Redondo Beach is soliciting proposals for qualified real estate brokerage firms to provide marketing, leasing, and lease transaction management services for the City’s waterfront commercial portfolio (“Portfolio”). The City reserves the right to add or remove properties from the Portfolio over the duration of the agreement. All brokerage services shall be delivered in accordance with the standards and procedures outlined below to ensure a transparent, efficient, and well-managed real estate transaction process. Marketing Strategy and Portfolio Based Requirements Strategic Coordination with the City Marketing Materials, Listings, and Broker Outreach Market Analysis and Strategy Data Sharing and Market Intelligence Vacancy Reporting Negotiation and Lease Transaction Management Financial Management and Revenue Monitoring An optional pre-proposal site walk will be held at 100 W Torrance Blvd, Redondo Beach, CA 90277 on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 1:00 PM PDT. The site walk will include a tour of all properties in the portfolio (Portfolio), including Pier Plaza, International Boardwalk, Fisherman’s Wharf, and Kincaid’s. The site walk will begin promptly at 1:00 PM PDT.
