Vendor needs to provide security guard and outreach services.• Responsible for coordinating and communicating with state, local and federal law enforcement and other agencies, as necessary.• Coordinate the offering of outreach services to any individual who requests such services and is asked to leave the Premises for Park Rules• Monitor the Premises for any illegal, suspicious, or unusual activities, including to of the Park Rules, disorderly conduct, and vandalism• Event that any of the above activities involves a violation of the law, the Contractor shall immediately notify the in writing and by phone, and coordinate with law enforcement to resolve the situation.• Conduct foot patrols at least once every three hours to inspect all comfort stations, walkways, and parking areas located on the Premises;
