(1) Vendor needs to provide Boardroom Audio–Visual Upgrade Service to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.• Dais Inputs: Supply and install microphone coverage for each of the seven (7) board member dais positions, using gooseneck or functionally equivalent professional–grade microphones suited for boardroom speech pickup.– Lectern Input: Supply and install one (1) wireless microphone at the presenter lectern to allow for cable–free speech flexibility.– Public/Gallery Input: Supply and install microphone coverage sufficient to capture public comments and audience participation from the gallery seating area (e.g., a multi–element ceiling array microphone or equivalent).– Digital Signal Processing (DSP): Provide a dedicated professional–grade DSP to handle acoustic echo cancellation (AEC), automatic microphone mixing, and advanced feedback prevention algorithms at the dais.• Video Routing & Display Systems– Dais Monitors (Primary Viewing for Board and Staff): Provide signal distribution sufficient to feed presentation content and voting results simultaneously to individual desktop monitors distributed along the board dais (currently eight (8) positions).– Main Displays (Gallery Displays, Side–Wall Mounted): Supply and install two (2) new professional–grade commercial displays mounted on opposing side walls in front of the dais and oriented outward toward the audience seating area.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 9, 2026.
