There is an RFP document that provides greater detail on the scope of this project. It is important that service providers read the attached document to fully understand this project and prepare a more directed bid. All emailed questions should reference "SOW-26-001Basic Maintenance of Existing Network Infrastructure" in the subject line of the email. The Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library (IndyPL) seeks to purchase one-year renewals of the licenses for the existing eligible equipment detailed in Appendix A of the attached SOW, with such licenses running from July 1, 2027 to June 30, 2028. IndyPL believes these liceses are Internal Connections, but MIBS and BMIC dropdowns were also listed above in case USAC deems any of the necessary software licenses to fit that category. In the event that a responsible bid is not received or if it is determined that the low bid received is too high, the bid received will be rejected and the project will be cancelled or re-bid at the Librarys discretion.
