[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals [B] Scope of Service: (1) Vendor needs to provide injury prevention service to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA. – Provide implementation of local Hospital–based Violence Intervention Programs (HVIPs) and participation in the HVIP collaborative.– Supporting the development of, or addressing recommendations emerging from, the Violence Reduction Council (VRC).– These initiatives must support the program's goals of improving the provision of community services and addressing the social determinants of health to strengthen protective factors to reduce and prevent violent injury.– HVIP Collaborative aims to understand the city–wide reach of hospital–based response for those who are violently injured and support widespread adoption of trauma–informed, healing–centered best practices for survivors of violent injury.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 28, 2026.
