(1) Vendor needs to provide logistics and asset management support services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Asset lifecycle management, including intake, inventory control, tracking, reconciliation, storage management, deployments, maintenance updates, and disposition activities.– Parking coordination support at headquarters, satellite buildings, and regional locations including permit processing, stacked parking support, customer assistance, and data entry.– Office supplies operations, including receiving, stocking, distributing, inventorying, reporting, and supply program coordination.– Transit subsidy program support for federal employee participation in the Tran Serve system.– Fleet support, including preventative maintenance coordination, usage tracking, driver authorization, safety oversight, and records management.– Litigation logistics support, including material staging, packing, shipment coordination, recovery, inventorying, and disposal of non–serviceable equipment.– Document destruction coordination, supporting secure disposal of sensitive paper and electronic media.– Express shipping support, including label generation, carrier coordination, material transport, and mailbox monitoring.– Freight loading/off–loading, ensuring safe, compliant transfer of palletized materials, staging, onward movement, and equipment operation. (2) All question must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
