(1) Vendor needs to provide web and creative design services. – To web, print, digital design, and community engagement as well as social media content, video, and animation, while ensuring accessibility for individuals with various disabilities– To expand capacity in UI/UX, animation, graphic design, and marketing to improve its communications with the public,– Provide assistance in expanding citywide marketing strategies to leverage communication best practices, citywide comprehensive campaigns and branding, and innovations in the marketing field– Website and microsite creation within the current website development environment (Sitecore). Website top level navigation and footers cannot be changed, unless agreed to by the city.– Create templates that require alt text and other accessibility features– Front–end development for webpages and microsites – HTML, CSS, JS, and backend Sitecore development.– New website front–end code is to be written to integrate into the existing website structure and available libraries– Design social graphics and reusable templates to align with city branding1. Social Media– Create post templates monthly sized for different social media platforms for both stand alone initiatives and social media campaigns using City branding– Website and microsite creation– Create short animation videos and GIFS for key initiatives and programs2. Video production, animation, and post–production– Communicate key programs and initiatives through easy–to–comprehend animations that can be embedded on websites or used on social media.3. Branding– Develop various department and program–specific/initiative branding4. Community Engagement– Activate resident participation and leadership on at least one community–based initiative5. Web Design and Development– UI/UX Design– Frontend Development.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
