ANIM-9601 - USA (Texas) - Wayfinding and Signage Services - Deadline September 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide wayfinding and signage services. • Design and engineering – Provide code–compliant signage design and other code needs as applicable, provide wayfinding systems and planning, shop drawings and submittals, and offer proper coordination with architects and the agency teams.• Fabrication – Provide interior signage, exterior signage, digital signage, specialty graphics, and donor recognition displays as required. • Installation – Provide field verification and measurements, provide Installation in active healthcare environments, follow the Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA), and offer off–hours or phased installation as required.• Maintenance and replacement – Provide signage updates due to department changes, emergency replacement services, and inventory standardization support updates.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
