(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioural health services to the government authority located in Boise, ID.– Perform Behaviour Health Counselling Support Services.– Provide clinical services including assessment, intervention, plan, referral, and monitoring of clinical progress.– Provide public outreach including, but not limited to, welcome home events, education, and interface with substance abuse team (inclusive of suicide prevention coordinator) to provide training and education.– Provide clinical case management services including assessment, intervention, plan and referral. – Provide access to clinically appropriate intake, assessment, behaviour health screening and referral services. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
