(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted visitor management system and hot–desk booking system.– Helpdesk and ticketing system, remote support tools, and monitoring capability.– Helpdesk arrangements and service hours.– Provide an easy to use, accessible, and visually appealing interface for all visitor types.– Allow branding on welcome screens.– Display compulsory messages (e.g., health & safety) and tailored induction messages depending on visitor type.– Support optional photo capture.– Provide an intuitive, user friendly interface for booking desks, offices, and shared resources.– Provide simple check in and check out processes.– Provide administrative reporting on desk and room utilization.– Advanced analytics dashboards.– Provide clear workflows for recurring bookings, cancellations, and no shows.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21,2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
