(1) Vendor needs to provide Opentext and Xmedius maintenance support system.  – XM Fax Apps and Process Integration (XML) maintenance.– XM fax enterprise webservices maintenance.– XM fax enterprise Microsoft exchange maintenance.– XMedius Fax and SendSecure prime protect.– XM fax enterprise one FoIP channel maintenance.– XM Fax Enterprise Server Unl Users Maintenance     (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for one year.
