(1) Vendor needs to provide mixed–finance legal services to the government authority located in Wheeling, WV.– The authority desires to retain mixed–finance legal counsel to represent the authority in the statutory, regulatory, financing and real estate elements of its mixed–finance initiatives– Provide consultation and legal advice to the authority personnel regarding the mixed–finance initiative, including project financing, project development and management, acquisition and redevelopment of real estate, and applicable statutory, regulatory or policy requirements– Prepare and advise the authority in the preparation of evidentiary submissions to hud and the state of and the city.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
