(1) Vendor needs to provide transit study services to the government authority located in West Hollywood, CA. – Conduct a comprehensive transit services study for all agency–operated and agency–supported transit services.– The consultant will analyze current performance, assess needs and community expectations, identify innovations, evaluate regional connections and opportunities, and propose service strategies consistent with the agency’s sustainability, equity, and mobility goals.• Task areas:– Project initiation and management.– Mobility demand analysis, stakeholder engagement and visioning.– Transit system evaluation.– Comprehensive transit services evaluation and implementation plan.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
