CLEANING-13290 - USA (Las Vegas, Nevada) - Janitorial Services - Deadline September 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV. – Provide service in Swing shift (4:00PM–12:00AM) and Graveyard shift (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM), seven days a week, 365 days a year.– Restroom cleaning is a high–priority service in the agency’s buildings. All employee and public restrooms shall be cleaned, sanitized, and maintained to a consistently high standard of cleanliness throughout each shift.– All air conditioning, heating and exhaust fan registers shall be kept clean and free of dust, webs, and buildup that detracts from the overall appearance.– The Company shall remove gum, stains, adhesive residue, handprints, and markings from all walkways, furniture, walls, ceilings, and landings.– The Company must dust / wipe all accessible areas but should not disturb any personal items on desktops, counters, or window ledges in offices.• Clean ashtrays.• Dust and clean fingerprints from all exposed furniture tops, including desks, chairs, tables, lamps, phones, filing cabinets, shelves, benches, sills and ledges from a height of six feet or below.• Clean, polish and sanitize drinking fountains with disinfectant.• Dust mop and damp mop all resilient tile floor areas.• Spot clean all interior glass and glass doors.• Secure doors and turn off unnecessary lights after completion of work, in the immediate area, unless otherwise in• Once per shift– Remove trash from all outside facilities, including parking areas and landscaped areas.• Remove chewing gum from all carpeted areas, outside concrete areas, and walls.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
