(1) Vendor needs to provide residential solid waste services to the government authority located in Pine Bluff, AR. • Services:• Residential solid waste collection:– One time per week collection of acceptable waste with the contractor supplying one 96–gallon poly cart per residence.– All Residential collections shall be performed weekly.– The collection or disposal and any increased volume resulting from a flood, hurricane, or similar or different act of god over which the contractor has no control.• Residential bulk collection:– Collect bulk materials either once per week on the same day the residential unit receives collection (requires no call–in by the resident), or monthly on a schedule after a call–in by the resident.• Residential unusual accumulation collection:– When a customer desires collection of more material than the weekly limit for bulk, the customer may request an unusual accumulations collection, which contractor may perform subject to customer’s payment of a fee for such collection to contractor reflecting a cost per hour for the use of the Collection vehicle, plus applicable disposal.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 8, 2026.
