EXTRA-74231 - USA (Cleveland, Ohio) - Benefits Consultant Services - Deadline August 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide benefits consultant services to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.– Administer a full range of professional benefits and insurance consultant services.– Provide ongoing support with healthcare and pharmaceutical claims management– Continuous review and monitoring of benefits plans and recommend changes that improve the City’s cost effectiveness and efficiency.– Development and/or review plan documentation to ensure compliance with current legislation.– Provide ongoing support/updates on federal and state benefits plan legislation, compliance issues, benefits plan trends and problem solving.– Available for monthly or bi–weekly meetings at minimum.– Assist City with labor negotiations and/or plan communications relative to health and welfare plans, if requested.– Assist with continued development of disease management and wellness programs.– Develop immediate and long–term strategies for containing healthcare costs.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
