The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC), on behalf of the Prince George’s County Planning Department, is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to assist in the revision of the Environmental Technical Manual. The revision will require the addition of a new section (Part E) that will provide guidelines for the preparation, submittal, procedural requirements, and associated documents, including the illustrations and graphics, required in accordance with the applicable County codes related to the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area.
